Terms & Conditions

1. Om K Exports guarantee covers any defects in craftsmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase, excluding any damage caused by accident or improper care of the product.
2. All purchases made for Personalized Photo Art cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Personalized products shall be made only as per mentioned sizes. The sizes are for reference, actual may vary.
4. The Personalization requires 7 working days upon confirmation; all deliveries should be planned accordingly.
5. Full advance payment shall be made to the Company upon confirmation of orders.
6. The Company shall not be responsible for any inordinate delay caused.
7. The customer would authorize all Personalized images ordered and Company shall not be responsible for any copyright infringement upon production and processing of same.
8. The Company is authorized to amend/ enhance/ decorate the submitted images.
9. All respective artistic artwork used to support/ enhance/ decorate the images are proprietary of the Company and cannot be reproduced/ transmitted in any form or by any means without written permission.
10. Upon any misunderstanding / dispute, the decision undertaken by the Company shall be final and binding, subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
11. The Company reserves the right to change / amend the policy as and when required
