Buyback and Refund

1. The company offers Buyback Policy on all sizes at 80% of actual Sales Invoice value
2. Om K Exports Product would be taken back by Company and should be accompanied by a copy of:
   • • Purchase Bill copy of the Customer
3. The Product should not be modified / changed / altered / damaged from its original form and the company shall has the rights to accept or reject the same.
4. For any buyback Consumer shall pay the shipping charges up to Company address.
5. After the merchandise is received by Company and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of products Company shall process a refund within 30 business / working days
6. Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholder's debit /credit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder's debit / credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that Om K Exports shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's debit / credit card account due to delay by Cardholder's issuing bank.
7. No Return Allowed for goods purchased under promotional scheme.
